Alex was awesome and got my car fixed in a very reasonable price and in 2 days what others were asking 2 weeks for.
After receiving this news, I contacted RDK and spoke to Alex. It was already past 3:00 pm, but he told me if I could get the vehicle there by 6:00 pm, he would take a look at it. Upon inspection, Alex advised me that there was really no reason the vehicle should be totaled and that RDK would be able to do the repairs as long as the insurance company approved. We received the approval a few days later and RDK completed the repairs within two days of receiving all the parts.
Throughout the entire process, Alex kept me abreast of the status either by phone call or text. Beyond that, he waived my $500 deductible as part of his customer service. I was thoroughly satisfied with the excellent customer service as well as the final product, my repaired vehicle, and would highly recommend RDK for your bodywork needs.
First, the great: I had my car in right before Memorial Day to get some work done on several exterior panels that had been chewed on by a concrete pillar. The price was fair and the time was reasonable for what needed to be done. I needed the car back Friday because I have plans for the holiday weekend.
I checked in with RDK early Friday morning and found out, to my dismay that they weren’t going to have my car ready in time. They’d run into a supply problem that had caused delays and wouldn’t have time to paint the panels. I was really disappointed, but hey, life happens.
Several hours later I got a call back. To my surprise they told me they *would* have my car ready in time. I headed down to pick it up right after work.
My car looked amazing and the owner had the gall to come out and apologize. Apologize! He explained that because of the delay with the supplies he hadn’t been able to finish my panels, so he had stripped the panels *off his own car* – which was the same make, model, year, and color as mine – to make sure mine was fixed and ready. Sir, you have *Nothing* to apologize for!!
He showed me the panels he had taken off my old car. All the dents had been taken out like they were never there and I have every confidence that they’re going to look great when he can finish painting them and put them on his car.
Second, the one caveat: I saw another review point out that this place does great work, but they can leave your car a bit dusty. I can confirm that this is true. I don’t consider this their fault, and it in no way detracts from my opinion of their work. They’re a small shop and they were hurrying to get my car done in time. But if you’re an asthma sufferer, or otherwise sensitive, you may want to bring a N95 mask when you pick up your vehicle. I took mine over to a car wash and that plus a quick vacuum of the inside took care of 90% of the issue.
Overall these gentlemen are honest, easy to work with, have an amazing commitment to customer service, and do a great job from everything I’ve seen. I cannot recommend them more highly, and I know what my friends and relatives are going to get sick of hearing about how great they are by the end of this holiday weekend!
My BMW X5 had few dings and scratches along with replacement of my front bumper, RDK team took time to match and adjust the codes of the paint in a way that matches the color of the entire car. I won’t choose another shop from now on.
Turnaround time was very good for the type of damage that it had, within a few weeks. Everything lines up beautifully and the paintwork looks excellent.

I can’t even tell where the dents were anymore. I’ve had bod work done in the past, and one of the sticking points is matching paint color. These guys have have their own paint matching and mixing system and perfectly match my paint with the new work. Each time I stopped by to either drop off or pick up my car, they immediately came to greet me, and made sure I wasn’t just hanging around waiting around.
They explained every step of their process each and every time I spoke with them, and the followed up during the service time to let me know where they were in the process. They were able to complete this job ahead of schedule and with a smile. I really appreciate the transparency, honesty and excellent work these guys do.
